Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to starting)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school-aged population
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain necessary records in compliance with school and state policies
- Provide in-service training and education to staff as needed
