Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP license, eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcome
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Background in school-based therapy, especially at the elementary level, is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to perform onsite duties throughout the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Perform speech/language evaluations and progress monitoring
  • Engage with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate therapy records and required documentation
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams as needed
  • Teach students in your dedicated therapy space, ensuring consistency and privacy
