Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Prior experience delivering indirect SLP services, preferably in educational settings
• Enthusiasm for telepractice/VOCO service models
• Experience supervising SLPAs preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and confident working in remote, digital platforms

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide all indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
• Oversee and guide two SLPAs, supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and families to optimize student success
• Maintain timely, organized documentation and reporting for all assigned students
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as required
• Utilize cutting-edge VOCO teletherapy tools to maximize student engagement and outcomes
