Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP certification
  • Valid state license to practice as an SLP in a school setting
  • Previous experience with school-age populations, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills, especially in mentoring SLPA staff

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to a caseload of 15-20 students, including both general education and students on the autism spectrum
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring high-quality intervention delivery and professional development
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support student progress and inclusion
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and comply with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and development opportunities within the school community
