Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• School-based experience preferred, especially supporting IEPs and assessments
• Skilled in conducting speech/language evaluations and creating intervention plans
• Strong understanding of the IEP process and special education documentation
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility and initiative when working with diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students at private schools within the district
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct interventions supporting a range of communication needs
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and evaluation results accurately and promptly
• Participate in IEP meetings with families and educational staff
• Offer consultation and resources to educators and parents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
