This full-time, contract position offers the unique opportunity to work on-site, delivering direct support and intervention to children and adolescents. Your background in school-based SLP services—whether in the clinical fellowship year (CFY) or as an experienced clinician—will be invaluable as you help students develop effective communication skills for academic and social success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • School-based experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations (CFY candidates considered)
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, special educators, and other school staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for fostering student achievement and growth

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track progress
  • Consult and collaborate with educators and staff to integrate therapy into classroom activities
  • Engage with families to support carryover and progress beyond the school setting
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation
