Your expertise will make a direct impact as the school transitions away from virtual services, providing crucial support throughout the academic journey. Engage with a wide range of needs including pediatrics, school-based speech and language services, and support for Clinical Fellows (CFY) and SLP Assistants (SLPA).

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current or pending state licensure for practice in educational settings
  • Experience in school-based SLP services or similar pediatric environments
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate with SLPAs if applicable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy to students in person
  • Conduct evaluations, maintain thorough documentation, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and communicate progress with faculty and family members
  • Ensure compliance with all school and district guidelines for speech-language services
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to maximize student success
