Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Inyokern, CA

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility by start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-aged students, highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Genuine passion for helping diverse student populations achieve their goals

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to assigned elementary caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, write comprehensive evaluation reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment onsite
