Qualifications and Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility by start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-aged students, highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for helping diverse student populations achieve their goals
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to assigned elementary caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, write comprehensive evaluation reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment onsite
