School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Iona, Idaho

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Idaho
• Experience working with school-aged children across various settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices, if offering remote services
• Skilled in developing and implementing effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, engaging students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students in accordance with school protocols
• Support development and implementation of IEPs, including goal setting, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Provide therapeutic interventions individually or in groups—in-person or virtually—to address articulation, language, pragmatics, and other communication needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated, student-centered services
• Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation and comply with all record-keeping requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based teams as needed
