In this in-person role, you’ll provide direct speech and language services aligned with IEP goals and state and federal guidelines. You’ll work on-site with a manageable caseload, ensuring each student receives personalized, focused care.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, particularly with early childhood populations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Understanding of federal and state regulations related to special education and IEPs
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Evaluate, document, and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of communication goals
• Consult with staff and parents on effective strategies for classroom and home settings
• Maintain accurate, timely records per school and legal requirements
