Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in groups
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date progress records and documentation
• Consult with parents, teachers, and staff to provide strategies and resources that support student development
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
