Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in groups
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date progress records and documentation
- Consult with parents, teachers, and staff to provide strategies and resources that support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
