This opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Work in a supportive school environment with a caseload of 45-50 students, focusing on enhancing communication skills and academic success.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SC state SLP licensure or eligibility
  • SLP-CCC or CFY status accepted
  • Experience in pediatric and elementary school settings preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff
  • Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach with students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ unique needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services within school settings, both individually and in small groups
  • Consult with educators and families to support students’ progress and educational goals
  • Maintain accurate reports, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students on your caseload
