Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or educational setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Compassionate approach to supporting students with a range of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students referred for speech and language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Foster collaborative relationships with educators, families, and related service providers
• Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current in best practices
