Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active, state-approved license or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated skill in independent and collaborative work environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with communication challenges
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions aligned with student needs
  • Track, document, and report on student progress with careful attention to detail
  • Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and other support staff to ensure coordinated, holistic care
  • Involve and educate families throughout the therapeutic process for optimal outcomes
