Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, state-approved license or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated skill in independent and collaborative work environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with communication challenges
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions aligned with student needs
- Track, document, and report on student progress with careful attention to detail
- Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and other support staff to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapeutic process for optimal outcomes
