Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive school environment in the San Juan Capistrano area. This contract opportunity requires two skilled SLPs to cover leaves of absence, with assignments expected to begin in mid-October and mid-November. You'll be working on-site across full-time schedules, providing essential services to students across various age groups and school sites.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and active California SLP license required
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage a dynamic, varied caseload and collaborate with educational teams
  • Comfortable working on-site across multiple campuses as needed

Role Highlights:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy for students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Serve as an active participant in IEP meetings and parent communications
  • Travel between assigned campuses as needed (number of schools TBD)
  • Provide ongoing progress monitoring and adapt strategies as needed
