This position, starting January 4th, is a leave replacement role running through the end of March—with the possibility of extension. Your experience as a licensed SLP-CCC will enable you to expertly manage a caseload of approximately 55 students, focusing on providing direct therapy, evaluations, and collaborating closely with educational staff. The structured schedule runs 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (35 hours per week), giving you evenings to recharge.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP-CCC licensure
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to support both speech-only and resource students
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments and create tailored intervention plans
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance requirements
