Key Qualifications:

  • Valid or eligible Texas State License for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based settings or teletherapy highly valued
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
  • Ability to engage collaboratively with students, families, and staff
  • Passion for fostering student growth in diverse learning environments

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide both direct and indirect services, including teletherapy, as required
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support student goals
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer consultation and strategies for classroom staff
