Your role will involve close collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a diverse caseload. This position is well-suited for individuals passionate about pediatrics, skilled in teletherapy or onsite work, and dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Eligible for, or currently holding, a Texas State license.
  • Experience in schools, pediatrics, teletherapy, healthcare settings, or completion of a CFY is valued.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families.
  • Commitment to creating supportive learning environments for children with varied communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Provide therapy through direct, indirect, and/or teletherapy formats as required.
  • Maintain documentation and progress notes to track student outcomes.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and consult with parents, teachers, and staff.
