Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Valid SLP licensure in Texas.
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals.
• Document and maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required records.
• Assist with developing intervention plans and facilitate classroom accommodations when necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and parent conferences as required.
