- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience working in school-based settings
- Proficient knowledge of current therapy techniques and IEP documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations as needed
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
- Providing direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
