SLP in Irving, TX

Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to summer school programs, supporting students’ communication goals in a dynamic educational environment near Irving, TX. Opportunities are available for passionate SLPs who hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and a current Texas license. This contract position involves providing compensatory speech services during summer sessions on an onsite, flexible basis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and grade levels
• Willingness to work onsite (remote services not available)
• Flexible approach to hours and caseload assignments as needs can change
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality compensatory speech and language therapy to students in various grade levels
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and caregivers to support student progress
• Adjust service delivery as caseload or schedule shifts during the assignment
• Commit to scheduled dates: June 16-18, June 23-25, July 7-9, July 14-16 (Tuesday to Thursday, hours will vary)
