Essential Qualifications:

• Active and current Texas SLP license
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
• Strongly preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, ideally with elementary-aged students
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
• Expertise in crafting and implementing IEP goals and maintaining documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for a diverse caseload
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Develop, review, and monitor IEP goals and objectives
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant records as necessary
• Travel between the elementary school and Head Start site as part of your regular schedule
