Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary students in a vibrant, collaborative educational environment near Irving, TX. This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to make a significant impact, supporting approximately 40 students by providing expert speech and language services.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current Texas SLP License (required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school-based environment (preferred)
  • Solid background in conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, delivering both direct and indirect therapy
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Reliable transportation for onsite needs

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement effective, individualized IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services tailored to elementary-aged children
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation for each student
  • Engage actively in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
