Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- School-based SLP experience, especially with middle school-aged students
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and documentation
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
- Reliable transportation to and from campus
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 50 middle school students
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
- Develop tailored IEP goals and participate in meetings
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, general educators, administrators, and families
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required compliance documentation
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and productive school culture
