What You’ll Need:

• State of Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous pediatric, school, or education-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong documentation and timelog management skills
• Comfort working onsite and commuting between schools as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with students, educators, and families

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, pre-kindergarten through high school
• Conducting screenings, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining detailed records of services and submitting weekly timelogs to the Director for approval
• Collaborating with educational teams on IEPs and student progress
• Serving as a resource for staff and parents regarding communication disorders
• Managing a single school assignment or supporting two close-by campuses within a small, welcoming district
• Developing a flexible schedule to meet the needs of your students
