Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Irving, TX

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
• Previous school-based SLP experience or pediatric SLP experience is highly desired
• Also open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with relevant school experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for student engagement and fostering growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in K-12 settings
• Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations and IEP meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate therapy records and progress notes
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training
