Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and active Texas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in school settings preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across various grade levels (specific caseloads and grades will be determined)
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services onsite, supporting students in their communication development
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom integration and student success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
