Multiple positions are available to serve diverse grade levels, with specific caseload details to be determined. As an onsite SLP, you’ll work closely with students in vibrant school communities, leveraging your expertise to help them succeed academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Texas SLP license
  • Possess the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation, intervention, and therapy techniques for school-aged children
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, and families
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide speech and language therapy
  • Document student progress and maintain required records in compliance with district standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver therapy services in alignment with students’ individualized goals
  • Engage with families and educators about progress and strategies for support
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate interactions at all times
