This onsite opportunity offers up to 40 hours per week, serving an average caseload of 60 children and supporting their speech and language needs throughout the academic year. The role is set to begin as soon as possible and continues through May 21, 2027, providing a stable and engaging environment for both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and those seeking their Clinical Fellowship (CF)—supervision will be provided for qualified CF candidates.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs considered with available supervision
  • Experience with elementary school students is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting student development and educational goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
