Step into a rewarding position supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a Texas school setting. In this contract role, you’ll enjoy a hybrid schedule, working four days onsite and one day remotely, allowing for both professional connection and flexibility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing both direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students.
  • Completing evaluations, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and monitoring student progress.
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster students’ communication skills.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation, including progress reports and Medicaid billing where applicable.
  • Actively participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conversations to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • An active Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience in a school-based environment, especially with pediatric or elementary populations (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

In this full-time position, you’ll work with an engaging elementary school caseload, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the remainder of the academic year. This role offers a pay rate starting at $45 per hour, reflecting the value of your expertise and dedication.
