An opportunity exists for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking to make a meaningful impact within a K-12 educational setting. This full-time position for the 2025-2026 school year is based in Shingle Springs, CA, where the focus will be on providing exceptional support to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement strategies that support students’ communication goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
  • Create engaging, customized learning experiences that foster student growth
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and challenges
