Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Active state licensure for practice in California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working across K-12 caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in-person
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized plans for students with communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development and review of student goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records, service logs, and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Provide ongoing progress updates and adjust interventions to ensure effective outcomes
