Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Prior experience serving K-12 student populations in school settings is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment plans for students with communication disorders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred within the K-12th grade
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Write and maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student goals and participation
  • Attend IEP meetings, contribute to student development plans, and provide recommendations
  • Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices and requirements
