Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication difficulties
  • Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
