Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF (Clinical Fellow) applicants considered
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to individualized education and collaborative teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IEPs and state guidelines
- Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
