Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF (Clinical Fellow) applicants considered
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to individualized education and collaborative teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IEPs and state guidelines
  • Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
