Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license
• New Jersey Department of Education Certification required
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to tailor interventions for students of varied abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with state and district regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support initiatives
