Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license
- New Jersey Department of Education Certification required
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to tailor interventions for students of varied abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with state and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support initiatives
