Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license (or eligibility) for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in schools or with school-aged children preferred
• Proficiency supporting students with articulation and language needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary resource students, focusing on articulation and language development
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student assessments
• Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state regulations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, staff inservices, and professional development as required
