Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license (or eligibility) for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in schools or with school-aged children preferred
- Proficiency supporting students with articulation and language needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary resource students, focusing on articulation and language development
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student assessments
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, staff inservices, and professional development as required
