Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (ASHA CCC or eligible CFY)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but strong new graduates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Eagerness to support students from diverse backgrounds with varying speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students onsite
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress and services delivered
• Engage in regular communication with parents, staff, and administrators
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives as required
• Assess and adjust therapy approaches to maximize student growth
• Collaborate closely with other professionals—never SLPAs—ensuring direct delivery of specialized services
