Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • CCC-SLP credential preferred (CFY welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Document therapy progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support and educate students, teachers, and families on communication strategies
  • Maintain compliance with school and state documentation requirements
