Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs considered
  • Experience in a K-12 school setting is highly desirable
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to maximize outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and staff development sessions
  • Educate school staff and parents regarding speech and language strategies
