This full-time position spans the entire school year and focuses on serving PreK through 2nd grade at a single, convenient location near Jacksonville, FL. Desired Qualifications:
- Hold an active SLP license for the state of Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience with PreK–2nd-grade populations preferred, but passionate new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based PreK–2nd grade caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and customized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to provide comprehensive support
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in line with school and state requirements
- Support students in improving communication skills for academic and social development
