School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Jacksonville, Florida

Essential Qualifications:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license (State of Florida)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or strong interest working with early childhood and elementary caseloads
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for PreK-2nd grade students
• Provide direct speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
