Essential Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license (State of Florida)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest working with early childhood and elementary caseloads
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for PreK-2nd grade students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
