Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active FL DOH SLP licensure (ASHA CCCs required)
- Previous school-based SLP experience (serving PreK-12, mild/moderate caseloads) preferred
- Ability to complete credentialing steps (fingerprint clearance, JLA badge)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to Pre K-12 students across multiple school sites
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation per district standards
