Pediatric Speech Therapist in Jacksonville, NC

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentials. This role supports elementary school students from kindergarten through 5th grade, providing therapeutic services to a caseload of approximately 45 children.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments for students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in team meetings to support student success

Qualifications:

• SLP-CCC or currently in CFY
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
• Comfort working within a school setting focused on elementary education
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Location and Schedule:

• Based in Jacksonville, North Carolina, approximately one hour north of Wilmington, NC
• Position supports one elementary school
• Full-time contract from ASAP through June 11, 2026
• 39 hours per week
