This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through June 11, 2026, and offers the chance to focus your expertise on a single campus, supporting a manageable caseload of 45 students. You’ll be working 39 hours per week, allowing you to foster strong connections with your students while supporting their growth and communication skills.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in a school setting, especially with K-5th grade students, is highly valued
- Familiarity with pediatric speech-language assessment and interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, parents, and administration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services in an elementary school environment
- Assess and identify students’ communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with required documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student progress and strategies
- Provide support and guidance for students in a nurturing, engaging manner
