Qualifications we look for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
- Experience or strong interest in K-12th grade settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult on classroom strategies to support inclusion and learning
- Deliver both group and individualized interventions tailored to student needs
