Qualifications we look for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
  • SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
  • Experience or strong interest in K-12th grade settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Consult on classroom strategies to support inclusion and learning
  • Deliver both group and individualized interventions tailored to student needs
