Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
- Current SLP license and certification required
- Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluation, treatment, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and engage students in creative, motivating activities
