Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
  • Current SLP license and certification required
  • Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting diverse student populations
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluation, treatment, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies and engage students in creative, motivating activities
