Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility prior to start date)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary school staff
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Typical Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy through individual and group sessions
- Maintain thorough records and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
