Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Jamestown, NY

This contract position calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference over the summer session, working with children from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, and/or school-based SLP settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in K-12
• Enthusiastic about supporting diverse learners and adapting to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Create and execute therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs and IEP goals
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with parents and educational staff
• Participate in team meetings and support efforts to foster inclusive, communicative classrooms
• Contribute insights for ESY program planning and adjustments as needed
