Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across K-12
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to manage a caseload and adapt interventions to diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions (40 sessions/week, 30 minutes each)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Collect and document data on student performance and session outcomes
- Deliver services to students in classroom or pull-out settings
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning
- Maintain compliance with all school and state record-keeping requirements
This position follows a traditional school calendar, running from September 8, 2026, through June 24, 2027. Consistent hours—Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.—make this an excellent opportunity to balance professional growth and personal commitments.
