Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across K-12
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to manage a caseload and adapt interventions to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions (40 sessions/week, 30 minutes each)
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Collect and document data on student performance and session outcomes
  • Deliver services to students in classroom or pull-out settings
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning
  • Maintain compliance with all school and state record-keeping requirements

This position follows a traditional school calendar, running from September 8, 2026, through June 24, 2027. Consistent hours—Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.—make this an excellent opportunity to balance professional growth and personal commitments.
