Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow candidates (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome
• Ability to work effectively across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency deficits across multiple school sites in the district
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Document progress and maintain detailed records per district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP and student services meetings as a valued school team member
• Support both direct therapy and consultation services according to student needs
