Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting the unique needs of every student

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in both group and individual settings
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely records and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student planning
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices
