Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Jefferson, SC

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
• Creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies
• Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Providing direct therapy services and conducting group or individual intervention sessions
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing expertise toward holistic student support

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and/or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
• Previous experience working in educational settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school teams and families
