Professionally, you’ll work with a close-knit team, engaging pre-school through fourth grade students in a single, small school site. Whether you are a CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA (with supervision provided), you’ll have the chance to expand your repertoire, learn from seasoned colleagues, and enrich your resume by adapting to diverse student needs and school protocols. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA eligible in Vermont (with supervision as needed)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Passion for working with pre-K to 4th grade students
- Flexible, organized, and willing to adapt to individual student schedules
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 15 students, some receiving services 5 days per week
- Work with students across pre-school to 4th grade in a supportive, single-site school
- Coordinate with supervising SLPs, educators, and families to deliver high-quality services
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in school team activities
- Participate in in-service activities starting August 21st, with students returning August 26th
