Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont licensure (or eligibility) as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Experience (or strong interest) in school-based settings, especially with preschool-4th grade students
• Willingness to provide or receive supervision as required
• Commitment to student-centered, culturally responsive care
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 15 students, some with services 5 days/week
• Develop and implement IEPs and targeted therapy plans
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support teams
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in school in-service from August 21st; first student day is August 26th
