Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), with eligibility for state licensure
  • Experience in school settings or pediatric environments strongly preferred
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates; ongoing supervision available
  • Proficient or willing to learn IEP Writer software
  • Ability to engage and motivate young children in both individual and group settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assessment and therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary paperwork utilizing IEP Writer
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, support staff, and administrators
  • Travel between two elementary sites, delivering services in person as scheduled
  • Offer guidance and support to students, staff, and families to foster effective communication
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
