We are seeking three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for 12-week maternity leave coverage starting Fall 2026. These onsite-only positions serve high-need elementary school populations and are ideal for professionals eager to make a difference during a critical time in students' learning journeys.
What you’ll bring:
- NJ Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- Valid NJ Speech Language Specialist (SLS) Certification
- CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) are highly preferred
- Clinical Fellows welcome—must have access to outside supervision, as district cannot provide supervision
- Experience with or strong interest in working with high Autism populations and preschool through grade 5 students
- Passion for collaborative, school-based therapy and ability to adapt to elementary school settings
- SLPAs are not eligible for these roles
Your contribution will include:
- Delivering direct therapy services to students with varied speech and language needs
- Developing and implementing IEP goals, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and documenting progress
- Providing targeted interventions to students in inclusive and self-contained settings, with a focus on Autism and early childhood programs
- Collaborating and communicating with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student achievement
