Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license for New Jersey
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide effective therapy in both individual and group settings
• Commitment to student progress and positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, or communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy sessions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Engage with families and educators to support students’ overall learning experience
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as assigned
