Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license for New Jersey
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide effective therapy in both individual and group settings
- Commitment to student progress and positive outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, or communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy sessions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Engage with families and educators to support students’ overall learning experience
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as assigned
