Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
• Licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey
• Experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary students
• Ability to create and implement individualized speech-language programs
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students in individual and small group settings
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document ongoing progress
• Support students with communication disorders, tailoring interventions to meet IEP goals
• Provide consultations and recommendations to instructional staff and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Maintain compliance with all school and state reporting requirements
