Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
- Licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey
- Experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary students
- Ability to create and implement individualized speech-language programs
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students in individual and small group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document ongoing progress
- Support students with communication disorders, tailoring interventions to meet IEP goals
- Provide consultations and recommendations to instructional staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Maintain compliance with all school and state reporting requirements
